Billy W. Bradshaw is a Grand Blanc township resident and Louisiana native. Bradshaw is also a Flint Northern High School graduate. Bradshaw was a UAW activist for many years. He retired as international representative at UAW Region 1-C in 2003, and is also the former president of UAW Local 659 and the former chairman of the board of the Model Cities Development Corporation.
