Since 1996, David L. Miller serves as Regional Director for Michigan Regional Council of Carpenters, and he is also Chairman of Michigan State Apprenticeship. For over 16 years, he has been a member of Genesee County Economic Development Corporation. A life long resident of Genesee County, David L. Miller is a board member of Genesee County Workforce Development Board.
