Mr. Mandelaris is a long time resident of Genesee County, having resided in Flint Township since 1972. He is retired after having served as Senior Assistant Corporation Counsel for Genesee County for over 30 years. He is a former Assistant City Attorney for the City of Flint. He earned his B.S. and M.S. degrees from Michigan State University and his J.D. degree from the University of Detroit College of Law. He is a military veteran, having served honorably in the United States Army at Fort Hood, Texas.
