Purchasing Division - Procurement Proposals

Proposals for materials/products, equipment, parts and services may be obtained at the Road Commission office. For more detailed information regarding the bid process, please call (810) 767-4920 and ask for Joyce McClane (Purchasing Coordinator).

The Genesee County Road Commission Purchasing Office will no longer mail bids.

It will be your responsibility to print out the proposal entirely and then submit it to the Genesee County Road Commission office by the date listed in the proposal. No proposals will be accepted by email.
